Nancy Lee Rhoten

Nancy Lee Rhoten, 92, of Manchester, MD passed Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Comfort Care Assisted Living in Glen Burnie, MD.

Born on March 6, 1932, in Owings Mills, MD, she was the daughter of the late Samuel G. Kelley and Rennis G. Smithson Kelley Harden. She was the wife of the late Arthur Gene Rhoten.

Nancy retired after 53 years of service at Rosewood Center for the State of Maryland.

She is survived by her children: Kelly Eugene Rhoten and wife Jody, Linda Rhoten Sweigart and husband Don and Sandra Rhoten Drecchio. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

She was predeceased by siblings: Samuel Kelley Jr., Wayne C. Kelley, and Theodore E. Kelley.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, from 6-8pm. at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 3296 Charmil Dr., Manchester, MD where a funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 11:00am. Interment will be in New Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester, MD.
