Norbert Martin Fenwick

Norbert Martin Fenwick, 89, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at his home. Born on December 16, 1931, in Leonardtown, MD, he was the son of the late Cuthbert Ignatius and Hilda Louise Martin Fenwick. He was the beloved husband of Teresa A. Fenwick.

Norbert left a wonderful family legacy and took great delight in spending time with his grandchildren. He was an avid gardener/farmer and CPA by trade. He continued to do accounting work well into his upper 80s and his mind was very sharp for details. Norbert was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and he was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He had a wonderful dry sense of humor, which always led to great conversations. Norbert could fix pretty much anything. He is tending Heaven's garden and chasing away the ground hogs, but he will be missed down here.

Surviving him in addition to his wife are children: Anne R. Mann and husband William, Martin T. Fenwick, Clare L. Carter and husband Scott, and Michael N. Fenwick and wife Laura, grandchildren: Ernest "Kristian" Mann and wife April, Logan R. Mann, Rebecca Carter, Joshua Carter, Michael Carter, Brandon Fenwick, Emily Fenwick, and Sara Fenwick, a sister: Dolly Woodburn, and a sister-in-law: Elizabeth "Bee" Fenwick.

He was predeceased by brothers: Cuthbert Fenwick Jr., John Fenwick, and Barry Fenwick.

The family will receive visitors on Monday, August 16, from 4-6 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD, and on Tuesday, August 17, from 10-11 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon, MD, where a Funeral Mass will begin at 11 am.

Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
