Oliver P. Fulton, 86 years old of Hampstead, formerly of Crownsville, died Wednesday March 16, 2011 at the Dove House in Westminster.
Born March 15, 1925 he was the son of the late John Fulton and Anastia Hopkins Fulton.
He was the husband of Yvonne Doreen Fulton.
He served honorably in WWII with the U.S.Army 's 163rd Engineer Combat Battalion covering Africa, Normandy and all through Europe. He was a truck driver and member of Truck Drivers Local # 355. He enjoyed traveling with his wife to various parts of the country, especially Las Vegas and to England.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Joseph P. Fulton of Reisterstown, daughter Barbara Anne Burgess and her husband Rob, of Finksburg, seven grand children, several great-grand children as well as other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his 9 siblings.
Friends may call on Thursday March 24th, from 9:30-10:30AM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills where a Memorial Service will begin at 10:30.
Interment in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
