Pamela Dawn Mullins

Pamela Dawn Mullins, 61, of Gettysburg, PA, formerly of Manchester, MD, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, at her home. Born on December 31, 1964, in Baltimore City, MD, she was the daughter of the late Melvin Monroe and Myrtle (Snyder) Monroe. She was the beloved wife of the late Leroy Mullins, Jr., who passed away in 2017.

Pamela was a cashier at Walmart, and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Manchester. She loved dogs, country music, and watching The Young and the Restless.

Surviving her are children: Tyler Mullins of Owings Mills, MD, Tiffany Beam of Hanover, PA, grandchildren: Chase and Cadence Beam, and sisters: Barbara Ferguson of Catonsville, MD, Deborah Lanham of Catonsville, MD, and Wanda Henderson of Linthicum, MD.

Pamela was predeceased by her siblings: Vickie Wagner, Bonnie Coleman, and Mike Monroe.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 8, at 10 am, at New Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester, MD.
