Patricia Ann Shook, 79, of Hampstead died Monday, August 15, 2011 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.
Born January 30, 1932 in Illinois, she was the daughter of the late James John and Anne Patrny Primus. She was the wife of the late George E. "Ed" Shook, Jr., her husband of 44 years, who died on Oct. 30, 1996.
Surviving are her children Alan and Christopher Shook, and Laurie Determan; her 6 grandchildren; and her dog Holly.
A private cremation was held at All Faiths Crematory and Chapel in Manchester and a memorial gathering will be held for her and her husband 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carroll Hospital Center, Attention: Critical Care Unit, 200 Memorial Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
