Patricia Evelyn Eckhardt

Patricia Evelyn Eckhardt, 84, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023, at BridgingLife at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD. Born on September 23, 1938, in Borger, TX, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth "Boots" Stanley Adams and Blanche Camp Adams. Twice married, she was the beloved wife of the late Fred Joe Akerman and the late Henry Walter Eckhardt, Jr., who passed away in 2021.

Patricia was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed baking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving her is daughter: Theresa Akerman-Ihle, grandchildren: JoEllen Ihle, Dylan Henry Ihle, Marie Bitzel and husband Chad, Michele Bucholz and husband Brandon, Eddie Sible and wife Catherine, Richard Kosmicki and wife Serena, and 12 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her "bonus children": Roger and Mary Rose Schwarb and their 4 children.

Patricia was predeceased by her daughter: Laura Ann Akerman-Hicks, and brothers: Thomas Riley Martin and Jerry Lee Martin.

The family will receive visitors on Monday, February 6, from 5-8 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 7, at 10 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Reisterstown, MD 21136.

Entombment to follow in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, Timonium, MD.
