Paul Michael Dattilio, Sr.

Paul Michael Dattilio, Sr., 83, of Hanover, PA, passed away on March 29, 2023, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD. Born on October 19, 1939, in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Nicola Dattilio and Rosa Prosper Dattilio. He was the beloved husband of Connie Riley Dattilio.

Paul was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. Years ago, he retired from Sears as the lead service technician. He was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, the Westminster Moose and the Hanover Eagles Lodge. He was a 3rd Degree Knight of Columbus, an honorary life member of the 1393 Westminster Council. Paul was an avid golfer, and he enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with family.

Surviving him in addition to his wife are daughters: Angela Keefer and husband Cyrus of Baltimore, MD, and Nicole Maus-Chaudhury and husband Raj of Ellicott City, MD, grandchildren: Rocco, Skylar, Quinn, Gabriel, and sister: Grace Amendolara of Glen Cove, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Paul was predeceased by his son: Paul M. Dattilio, Jr., and siblings: Mary "Penny" Heltzel, Carmon Dattilio, Louis Dattilio, John Dattilio, Fannie Dattilio, Joseph Dattilio, Anthony Dattilio, Dominic Dattilio.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday, April 2, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a funeral service will be held on Monday, April 3, at 10 am.

Interment to follow in New Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester, MD.
