Paul "Frank" Goodman

Paul “Frank” Goodman, age 83, formerly of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 3, 2026. He was born on December 15, 1942, in Marion, VA. He was the son of the late Edward Glen Goodman and Dorcus Pauline Irvin Goodman. He was the husband of Mary Louella Goodman who passed in August,2015.

He retired from the State of Maryland after 30 years of service in Dietary at Mt. Wilson, Montross School, and Rosewood. After retirement he worked at Carrolltown Mall and Hunt Valley Mall in the maintenance department. In his spare time, he loved gardening, bluegrass music and spending time with his family. Surviving are his daughters Kimberly Vaughan and husband Stephen Vaughan of Port Charlotte, Fl and Melissa Warrington and Chris Warrington of Reisterstown; his most beloved grandchildren Rebecca and Nate Martin of Geneva, NY, Jessica and Joshua Hughes of Hampstead, and Jackson Munk of Hanover PA, and four great- grandchildren Brenna and Thomas Martin, Payton and Quinn Hughes; siblings, Darlene Parlaman, Ronnie Goodman, and Tommy Swedberg. He was predeceased by brothers, Tony, Glenn, Douglass, and Donnie Joe.

Services and Interment were private.
