Paul Dudley Phillips, Sr., 48 of Manchester, passed away Wednesday April 27, 2016 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. Born Oct. 7, 1967 in Baltimore, he was the son of Sonny Phillips of Stewartstown, Pa., and Dorothy St. John Phillips of Glen Burnie, MD. He was the husband of Lisa Margaret Blevins Phillips.
Paul was an electrician and worked for Wolf Creek Federal Services at Fort Meade. He was a family man who enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are, sons, PJ and Zach Phillips both of Manchester, siblings, Lee Phillips of Harford County, Troy Phillips of York, PA., Brenda Walker of Glen Burnie and James Alexander of Manchester.
A memorial gathering will be held at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD. on Thursday May 5, 2016 from 7-9pm.
