Pearl Evelyn "Boots" Leader, 89, of Owings Mills died Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Cherrywood Nursing Home in Reisterstown.
Born February 3, 1923 in Woodstock, she was the daughter of the Charles Bidinger and Mary Redman Bidinger. She was the wife of Walter F. Leader, her husband of 67 years.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter Gloria Shipp and husband Dan; she was a loving and doting grandmother to her grandchildren Amy Pollard and husband Ashley, and Angela Shipp; her great grandchildren Ricky Calhoun, Jordon Cromer, Cody and Camdyn Pollard; and her siblings Joe Bidinger and Margaret Williams.
The family will receive friends 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Louis Piel officiating.
Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park, Sykesville.
