Suddenly, On December 11, 2009, Philip R. Parker, beloved son of Joanne Knox (nee Obstler) and the late James E. Parker. Loving brother of Tyler Knox. Dear grandson of Marlene E. Parker and Harvey Obstler.

Philip is also survived by aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM.

Interment in Lake View Memorial Park.
