Phyllis Ann Moser

Phyllis Ann Moser, 88, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at her home. Born on December 31, 1933, in New Market, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Roger Holmes Martin and Elizabeth May Warfield Martin. She was the beloved wife of the late Glen E. Moser, Jr., who passed away in 2005.

Phyllis loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved gardening and maintaining her beautiful flower beds. She enjoyed puzzles, especially 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles. Phyllis worked as a bus driver for Baltimore County Public S n chools, and especially enjoyed being the driver of special needs children.

Surviving her are children: Pamela A. Moser and Thomas Moser, grandchildren: Elizabeth Tyler, Hannah Moser, Thomas Moser, Jr., great-grandchildren: Tyler and Shelby Morris, Kaitlyn, Ashlee, and Isabella Moser, and sister: Joyce Stup of Frederick.

Phyllis was predeceased by her daughter: Judy Witte, and sisters: Gloria Buzi, Velma Burdette, and Shirley Whalen.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, December 29, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, December 30, at 11 am.

Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
