Raymond Joseph Waters, 89, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017 at Seasons Hospice of Sinai Hospital. Born on Feb 21, 1928, in New York, he was the son of the late Thomas A. and Helen Waters.
Surviving him is his daughter: Sharon Elaine Schodoff and husband Terry, of McLean, VA.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017, at 10:45 AM at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
