Regina Elizabeth Sapp age 87, of Hanover, PA, passed peacefully Tuesday July 26, 2016 at her home. Born March 5, 1929 in Baltimore she was the daughter of the late John Bernard and Mary Jane Nowell Deiters She was the wife of Frank Richard Sapp, Sr.
Years ago, she was a key punch operator for Random House. She loved tending to her flower beds and going to casinos.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a son; Glen Seitz, Sr. of Westminster, stepchildren; Patricia Farver and husband Joe of Westminster, Stephanie Petringa and Frank R. Sapp, Jr. both of Massachusetts, siblings; Bobby Deiters of Pasadena and Margaret Czyzewski of Reisterstown. She was also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a stepdaughter: Sharon Connelly and siblings; Doris Ports and Earl Deiters.
The family will receive friends at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills, MD on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9pm. with a funeral service on Friday at 10:00am. Interment will be at a later date in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD.
