Ressie Joe Mchoul

Ressie Joe McHoul, 70 of Manchester, MD passed peacefully Saturday March 4, 2017 at the Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster. Born Dec. 30, 1946 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late John Clayton and Essie Joe Tate Abshire. She was the wife of 44 years to Donald Bruce McHoul.

She was retired from Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. where she worked in the Accounts Payable Dept. for 35 years.

Surviving in addition to her husband, are a daughter; Donna Joe McHoul-Evans and husband Edward, step grandchildren; Zachary and Morgan Evans all of Hampstead and a sister; Cathy Sue Abshire of Kansas City, Missouri.

The family will receive friends at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Dr., Manchester, MD. on Wednesday March 8, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9pm.

Services and interment will be private.
