Richard "Rick" Anthony Wunder

Richard "Rick" Anthony Wunder, 76, of Needmore, PA, formerly of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at his home. Born on November 8, 1946, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Steward Matthew and Ruby Grace Zeigler Wunder. He was the beloved husband of the late Dolly Marie Wunder, who passed away in 2021.

Rick was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He retired from Columbia Association after working there for over 25 years. Rick loved meeting people and making friends. He also enjoyed hunting. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Surviving him are children: Dawn Marie Crawford and husband Lawrence "Butch", Julie Lynn Godwin and husband Eric, and Aaron J. Wunder and wife Joy, 14 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

He was predeceased by his siblings: Steward Roland Wunder, Melvin Leroy Wunder and Mildred "Jean" Wunder.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, October 26, from 3-5 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a funeral service will begin at 5 pm.

Interment will take place on Tuesday, November 7, at 11:30 am in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD.
