Richard Carnie Fryfogle, Sr., age 66, of Manchester, MD died suddenly Saturday August 1, 2015 in York, PA. Born Sept. 29, 1948 in Baltimore, MD he was the son of Gloria Mae Ries Fryfogle of Westminster, MD and the late Henry Carnie Fryfogle. He was the husband of 48 years to Betty Ann Chenoweth Fryfogle.
He was a builder and land developer. He enjoyed drag racing, stock cars and was a team member of the All American Outlaws. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving in addition to his mother and wife are children, Richard Carnie Fryfogle, Jr. and wife DeAnna of Glenville, PA., Henry James Fryfogle and wife Stacy of Manchester, MD., and Becky Jean Tabler and husband Roger of Manchester, MD., grandchildren, Katie, Jackie, Carnie, Rachel, Roger, Henry and Kyler, great grandchildren, Josephine and Evelyn. Siblings, Dale Fryfogle and wife Linda of Roanoke, VA. and Trudy Glass and significant other Greg Stanley of Westminster, MD, sister in law, Cecelia Adam, and brother in laws, Jim Chenoweth and wife Jeanne and Tom Chenoweth and wife Shannon. He was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services and interment will be private.
