Richard Neil Huffman, Sr.

Richard Neil Huffman, Sr., 84, of Lutherville, MD, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2020, at his daughter's home. Born on September 22, 1935, in Decatur, IL, he was the son of the late Henry Ralph, Sr., and Edna Faye Beaman Huffman. He was the beloved husband of the late Donna Ruth Lewis Huffman, who passed away in November of 2019.

Years ago, Neil was the president of Government Engineering Services Company. He is loved and missed by his family.

Surviving him are children: Christy Garman and husband John, and Richard N. Huffman, Jr. and wife Kellie, grandchildren: Meghan Palabrica and husband Brian, Hannah Keegan and husband Terry, Emma Garman, Madeline Huffman, and Sarah Huffman, and great-grandchildren: John, Ruth, Lucy, and Brian.

He was predeceased by a brother: Henry Ralph Huffman, Jr.

Services and interment are private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Neil's memory may be made to the Baltimore Humane Society, 1601 Nicodemus Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136.
