Robert Eugene Copeland

Robert "Bobby" Eugene Copeland, 63 of Hampstead, MD. died Wednesday April 6, 2016 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born June 25, 1952 in Annapolis, MD he was the son of Clara Virginia Henkensiefken Copeland of Upper Marlboro, MD. and the late Bobby Gene Copeland. He was the husband of 43 years to Catherine Louise Rollins Copeland.
Bobby was a retired firefighter for Anne Arundel County Fire Department, Station 17. He enjoyed working and spending time with his family.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother, are sons, Bobby Copeland and fiancé Melissa Turnbull of Manchester and Chris Copeland and wife Christie of White Marsh, MD. siblings, Sharon Rex of Ridgely, MD. and Sandra Howes of Upper Marlboro, MD. and grandchildren, Carter and Lyla Copeland.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday April 14, 2016 at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD from 2-4 and 6-8pm. with a memorial service held on Friday at 11:00am. Interment will be private.
