On October 11, 2017, Robert Ernest Garmer, beloved husband of the late Clara Garmer; loving boyfriend of Shannon McMillan; devoted father of Steven, Donald, and the late David Garmer; grandfather of Elizabeth and Nicholas Garmer; brother of Jack Garmer.
The family will receive visitors on Monday, October 16, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 17, at 10 am. Interment to follow in New Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester, MD.
If desired, contributions in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501
