Robert Joseph Paternoster

Robert Joseph Paternoster, 90, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on December 30, 2018, at Carroll Hospice in Westminster, MD. Born on December 19, 1928, in Bridgeport, CT, he was the son of the late Louis and Virginia Mazzio Paternoster. He was the loving husband of Lynn Paternoster.

Robert was an associate professor and worked at Gateway Community College in North Haven, CT, for over fourteen years.  He was also a proud veteran of the United States Army, and served his country during the Korean War.

Surviving in addition to his wife are children: Lewis Paternoster and wife Betty Jo, Lisa Kiley and husband David, Scott Glum and wife Karen, Jessica Brown and husband Christopher, grandchildren: Brittany, Nick, Hailey, Caitlin, Elliot, Michael, Alex, Joel, Gina, Maddie, Andrew, Tyler, and Shauna, great-grandchildren: Scarlett, Max, Bradley, Jason, and Jordan, and a sister: Rosemary Gasper.

He was predeceased by daughters: Donna D'Amico and Cindy La Fountaine, and a grandson: Michael Di Guilio.

Funeral services and interment are private.
