Robert Joe Ritter

Robert Joe Ritter, 85, of Upperco, MD, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at North Pine Assisted Living in Manchester, MD. Born on June 16, 1933 in Harrison Co., WV, he was the son of the late Ward and Getheral Spindle Ritter. He was the husband of the late Thelma Jean Heldreth Ritter.

Years ago he was a heavy equipment operator at Curtis Bay. He was also a proud veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by a sister.

Funeral services and interment will be private.
