Robert Edward Sies, Jr., 57 of Hampstead died Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at his residence.
Born January 19, 1953 in Hampstead, he was the son of Clara Louella Kester Wilson and the late Robert Edward Sies, Sr.
He was a welder for Amtrak.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his son Robert Edward Sies, III and his sons' girlfriend Cheri Runkles; his sisters Sharon Latimer, Audrey Combs, and Brenda Reed; his brothers Charles and James Sies; and also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Thursday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester where a funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Chris Brammer officiating and a private cremation will follow at All Faiths Crematory and Chapel in Manchester.
Interment will be private.
