Roberta Bernadine Boblits

Roberta Bernadine Boblits, 79, of Gettysburg, PA, formerly of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024, at her home. Born on January 9, 1945, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Robert B. and Margaret A. Leech Jackson. She was the beloved wife of the late John D. Boblits, Jr., who passed away in 2021.

Roberta enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley and Gene Watson, and playing Bingo and going to casinos with her friends: Bonnie, Erma, and Vicki. She loved going on cruises with her family.

Surviving her is a son: John D. Boblits, III and wife Marci L., granddaughters: Heather Curtis, and Emily and Abby Boblits, brother: Robert Jackson, niece: Sheila Hermanson, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a daughter: Stacey A. Boblits, and brothers: Denny Jackson and Glen Jackson.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, January 17, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 18, at 1 pm.

Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
