Roger "Bruce" Davidson, 74, of Manchester, died on April 27, 2022, at the Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born in Carroll County, MD, he was the son of the late Charles H. Davidson and Carolyn Barton Davidson. He was the loving companion of Patricia Calp for 36 years.
He worked at Black and Decker in Hampstead until the plant closed. He then worked for Master Power and Wilke Enginuity until he retired in June 2017.
Surviving him in addition to his companion are children: Shelley Brown (Jeff) of Hampstead, Lisa Rill (Marty) of Ocean City, and Matthew Davidson of Towson, 12 grandchildren: Jeremy, Kacey (James), Dean, Owen, Trey, Marley, Zoe, Jack, Brooke, Jason, Wyatt and Cage Calp, and 3 great-grandchildren: Karson, Thomas, and Mia. He is also survived by his brothers: Carl Davidson (Carolyn) of Manchester, Dale Davidson (Janet) of Dale City, VA, and sisters: Jean DeLacy (Lloyd) of Michigan, and Connie Moser (Ronnie) of Manchester.
Preceded in death by stepson: James Calp, Jr., and grandson: Brody Rill.
Funeral services and interment are private.
