Ronald Edward Oates age 70 of Reisterstown, MD. died Friday April 2, 2010 at his home.
Born Sept. 9, 1939 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of the late Edward and Elenora Caple Oates. He was the husband of Ruthie A. Oates his wife of 44 years.
He was a retired salesman for Reliable Churchhill where he worked for 33 years. He enjoyed his home and fixing it up. He enjoyed cooking, eating and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed going to Ocean City and Assateague Island with his wife and family.
Surviving in addition to his wife are son: Steve Oates of Hampstead, MD. Grandchildren: Ryan and Kelli Oates and Brother in law: Bill and wife Nancy Singer.
Funeral services and Interment will be private.
