Royal E. "Chip" Whittington Iii

Royal E. "Chip" Whittington, III, passed away on February 24, 2017 at home in Reisterstown, Maryland. Son of Philippa Whittington Pessagno and the late Royal E. Whittington, Jr., Chip was born on October 4, 1961 and grew up in Severna Park, Maryland. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sisters, Constance Whittington Helms (Jack), Michele Ann Whittington (Gary Weissgold) and Laureen Hope DiMaria; niece, Kelsey Weissgold; nephews, Kevin Weissgold and Michael DiMaria; and aunt, Carolyn Whittington. The family will honor Chip's life at a private gathering at a later date. Arrangements are by ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., Owings Mills.
