On April 24, 2018, Russell Edward Southard, Jr., loving son of Jean Marie Small Southard and the late Russell Southard, Sr.; dearest brother of Susan Morgan, Mark Southard, and Matthew Southard.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, April 28, at 6 pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 63 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon, MD 21071.
Interment will be private.
