Ruth K. Davidson, 82, of Hanover, Pa., died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2007, at her home.
Born Feb. 8, 1925, in Reisterstown, she was the daughter of the late Charles S. Knight and Martha Ann Kerkhoff Knight. She was the wife of the late Marvin W. Davidson, who died in 1990.
She was a member of the Reisterstown Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Surviving are son and daughter-in-law Gary W. and Donna M. Davidson of Hanover, Pa.; granddaughter Danielle M. Davidson of Hanover, Pa.; caregiver Gail R. Messina of Hanover, Pa.; siblings Roger Knight of Owings Mills, Virgie Hyle and Harriett Williams, both of Westminster, Donald Knight of Littlestown, Pa., and Martha Yingling of Hampstead.
She was predeceased by siblings Winnie Anderson, Hazel Schemm and Clarence, Marshall, Richard and Lawrence Knight.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, with the Revs. F. Stephen Wall and Joshua Voigt officiating. Interment will be in Wesley United Methodist Church Cemetery, Hampstead.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
