Ruth N. Higgs, 86, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on April 19, 2018, at her home. Born on April 21, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Garnett Ensor Gamber. She was the loving wife of the late Benjamin H. Higgs, Jr., who passed away in 1989.
Ruth worked as a manager at Campbell Soup.
She is survived by her children: Benjamin H. Higgs, III and Roy G. Higgs, Sr., as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services and interment are private.
