Ruth Elaine Howard

On July 12, 2017, Ruth Elaine Howard, beloved wife of Donald W. Howard; devoted mother of Donald Gregory Howard and wife Kathi M., and the late Kristen Elaine Barnett; grandmother of Carl "Chip" A. Howard; great grandmother of Samuel Otho Gregory Howard; sister of Ethel M. Spencer and Phyllis A. Bankard.

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, July 15, from 12:30 – 1 pm at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, 1010 Saters Lane, Lutherville, MD 21093, where a funeral service will be held at 1 pm. Interment to follow in the Sater's Baptist Church Cemetery, after which light refreshments will be served in the Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church hall. Any deliveries will be received at the church on Saturday after 9:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, 1010 Saters Lane, Lutherville, MD 21093.
