Sandra Lee Bowman

Sandra Lee Bowman age 63 of Manchester, MD died Tuesday April 1, 2014 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.

Born July 31, 1950 in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late Edward Franklin and Hilda Lorraine Utz Tracey, Sr. She was the wife of Charles LeRoy Bowman.

Through the years she worked at Dutch Corner Restaurant in Manchester, Wendys in Hampstead, Lowes and Random House in Westminster. She attended Trinity United Church of Christ in Manchester. She enjoyed playing Bingo and watching game shows but most of all enjoyed being with family.

Surviving in addition to her husband are children: Laura McAlexander and husband Martin of Manchester and William E. Bowman and wife Stacy of New Windsor , Siblings: Donna L. Barr of Port Deposit, MD, Deborah Fritz of New Windsor, MD and Edward F. Tracey, Jr. of Pasadena, MD. Grandchildren: Dennis Rishel, Samantha Little, Melissa and Bryan McAlexander and Troy Bowman. Great grandchildren: Hunter and Andrew.

She was predeceased by a son: Charles L. Bowman, Jr. and stepmother: Margaret "Peggy" Tracey.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD at 12:00 noon with the Rev. LoisAnn Furgess-Oler officiating.

Interment will be private.

The Family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at the funeral chapel.
