Sandra Ann Oliver

Sandra "Sandy" Oliver, 56, passed away peacefully at UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center on November 8th, 2024. She was born on April 8, 1968, in Manchester, Maryland to Burnell and Ingeborg Hoff.

She was a 1986 graduate of North Carroll High School. Sandy was extremely dedicated to her job with many years in leadership in the Assisted Living industry; specifically advocating and promoting excellent care to the senior population as the Executive Director at Springhouse Senior Living Community. Sandy will be remembered for her devotion to her job as not only a great leader to her staff, but a friend to many. She is remembered and loved by all the staff and residents. She will also be remembered for her dedication to the aid of her parents, Inge and Burnell.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tyrone Oliver, as well as her mother, Ingeborg Hoff.

Sandy is survived by her longtime partner, Cuther Watts. As well as her father Burnell Hoff of Westminster, MD, her brother Michael Hoff and wife Katherine of West Virginia, her brother Raymond Hoff and wife Lisa of Manchester, MD, her nephew, Brady Welch and nieces, Krista McMillion and McKenna Hoff.  She is also survived by her great niece and nephew, Janelle and Beanie.

Funeral services and interment are private.
