Sandra Gay Payne age 46 of Upperco, MD. died Friday May 1, 2009 at her home.
Born June 27, 1963, in Hanover, PA. she was the daughter of Anna Mae Greenwood Franklin of Westminster, MD. and the late Sterling (Bud) Franklin. She was the wife of the late Emmett Robert (Bob) Payne.
She was a housewife. She was a 1981 graduate of North Carroll High School. She enjoyed visiting friends at the Granite House in Westminster, MD. She enjoyed raising house plants and going to yard sales. She loved pets. She enjoyed running errands with her mother.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her siblings: Mark Franklin and wife Deborah of Hanover, PA. and Jack Franklin and wife Amy Trump Franklin of Winfield, MD. and a nephew: Dylan Franklin of Winfield, MD.
Funeral services will be held at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD. on Tuesday at 11:00 am. with the Rev. Earl Mason officiating.
Interment will be in Linganore Cemetery, Linganore, MD.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 6-9pm. at the funeral chapel.
