Sharon Ann Eyler

Sharon Ann Eyler, 69, of Hanover, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 24, 2017 at her residence. Born on January 25, 1948, in Owings Mills, MD, she was the daughter of Louis H. Talbert, Sr. of Hanover, PA, and the late Bettie Ruth Martin Talbert. She was the wife of 53 years to Wesley Francis Eyler, Sr.

Years ago, Sharon was a domestic engineer. She was the past president of the Hanover Eagles 1406 as well as a member of The Moose and The Republican Club in Hanover, PA.

Surviving in addition to her husband and father are children: Wesley Eyler, Jr., of Hanover, PA, Joyce Duncan of New Oxford, PA, and Timothy Eyler of Finksburg, MD, eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a sister: Bonnie Lee Couch of Michigan.

She was predeceased by a brother: Louis Talbert, Jr.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 29 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 30 at 10 am. Interment to follow in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD.
