Sharon Marie Garcia

On Sunday, January 14, 2024, Sharon Marie Garcia was called home to Heaven.  She lived a life of deep faith and of boundless love for her family, and her loss is keenly felt by her beloved daughter Cindy (CJ), her sisters Cindy and Maria, her brother Frank and his wife Sharon, her brother-in-law Mark and his wife Sue, and her many nieces and nephews who meant the world to her. Sharon will also be deeply missed by her extended family and several close friends that she considered family.  She is predeceased by her parents Danny and Patricia, her sister Karen, and her brother-in-law Aaron.

Sharon was a talented creator whose art and jewelry were a physical manifestation of the joy she found in life.  To Sharon, life was a song.  She loved listening to music and playing guitar, and she found great comfort in Christian music that joyfully expressed her abundant faith. She lived with open arms and a welcoming presence to all she encountered on her journey.

As Sharon journeys from this life to the next, a memorial gathering will be held at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD, on Monday, January 22, from 6 pm until 8 pm, with a time of remembrance with family and friends to be held at 7 pm.
