Sharon Lynne Kleis

Sharon Lynne Kleis, 77, of Hampstead, MD, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long View in Manchester, MD.  Born on October 5, 1947, in Middle River, MD, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Henry Price and Ann Theresa Estock Price.  She was the beloved wife of the late Warren Dean Kleis, who passed away in 2021.

Years ago, Sharon was a computer operator for Bell Atlantic, now known as Verizon. She also was the owner and operator of SGH Enterprise. She was a member of St. Bartholomew's Roman Catholic Church in Manchester. She enjoyed going on beach trips, cruises, and trips to Disney with her family; one of their favorite memories is the New Year's trip to Las Vegas. She liked relaxing in the pool, crafting, gardening, and spending time with family.

Surviving her are children: Geoffrey Dean Kleis of Vermont, and Heather Lynne Kleis of Hampstead, MD, and siblings: Joseph L. Price, Dennis Price, Ronald K. Price, Susan E. Warnick, Linda A. Evans, and Rick E. Price.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Sharon was predeceased by her siblings: Robert W. Price, Joann E. Hoster, Gerald Price, Carol J. Rytter.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, July 26, from 3-5 pm, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, Manchester, MD, at a later date.  Please check back for updates.
