Sharon Lee Seipp

Sharon Lee Seipp, 72, passed peacefully Thursday, August 24, 2023 at the BridgingLife Dove House in Westminster, MD. She was the daughter of the late Wallace Earl and Marion Virginia Bollinger Barnes. She was the wife of the late Michael Eugene Seipp, who died in 2010.

Years ago, Sharon worked for Joseph A. Banks. She enjoyed sewing, camping and riding motorcycles with her husband.

Sharon is survived by her daughter: Cindy Hoover and husband Johnny of  Hanover, PA, granddaughter: Samantha Lawson and husband Brian, Jr. of Hampstead, MD, step grandchildren: Brittany Petty and husband Jeremy and Nicole Garcia and husband Chris, great grandchildren: Zoey, Josie and Dominic Lawson, Rylie Petty and Junior Garcia and siblings: Robert Barnes and wife Deb of Hanover, PA, Dennis Barnes and wife Margy of Westminster, MD, Helen Barnes of Hampstead, MD and sister in law: Carmel Mazelofsky of Dunedin, FL.

She is predeceased by siblings: Bradley Mazelofsky, William, and Michael Barnes.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 am with the Rev. Rodney Gross officiating.

Entombment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
