The family will receive friends at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9pm where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 12:00pm. Interment will follow in New Lutheran Cemetery in Manchester, MD.
