You could find her in front of the television on Saturdays enjoying college football or the Ravens game on Sundays. In her spare time, she also enjoyed writing children's stories and poems.
Sherrill, a strong believer in Christ, was a former member of Macedonia Baptist Church where she sang on the choir and served as a deaconess for several years, before joining the Miracle Baptist Church.
