Shirley Ann James age 60 of Hanover PA. died Friday morning Nov. 2, 2007 at the Gettysburg Hospital in Gettysburg, PA. Born April 17, 1947 in Bakersfield, North Carolina she was the daughter of Helen Jones Yelton of Westminster, Md. and the late Tipton Yelton.
She was a home maker.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her children: Sheila Steiner, Sherry James and Howard James all of Hanover, PA. Brothers: Sherriell Yelton and Woody Yelton of Hampstead. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at the New Lutheran Cemetery, Locust Street, Manchester on Monday Nov. 5, 2007 at 2:00 pm. with the Rev. Dr. Clarence Roark officiating. Arrangements are by the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A., Manchester, MD.
