Stephanie Helene Jacobs, age 40 of Manchester, MD, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson.
Born October 24, 1974 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Herbert Edward Barlow and Michele Gaye Hogue Barlow. She was the wife of Daniel Patrick Jacobs.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by her children: Joshua Lee Perry, Ryan Christopher Leonard, Jessica Michele Leonard, Justin Patrick Jacobs; grandchildren: Dominic and Rilea Perry; a brother William Franklin Burke III; grandparents: Paul and Ginney Griffin: father-in-law and his wife: Howard James and Maralee Jacobs, nephew: Benjamin Elijah Barlow, Jr. as well as other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday Dec. 1, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Northwest Baptist Church, 300 Westminster Pike, Reisterstown, MD.
Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd., Owings Mills, MD 21117 to help with expenses.
