Stephanie Christine Allen Turner, 24, of Westminster, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2009, at her mother's home in Westminster.

Born Nov. 13, 1984, in Baltimore city, she was the daughter of David Wayne Allen, of Middle River, and Anita Frances Harmon Slaugenhoup, of Westminster. She was the wife of Stephen Daniel Turner, of Columbia.

She was a 2003 graduate of North Carroll High School. She had worked at Giant grocery store in Hanover, Pa., and Super Fresh grocery store in Westminster as a cashier.

She enjoyed dancing, camping and animals, especially cats.

Surviving, in addition to her parents and husband, are brother and sister-in-law David Wayne Allen II and Angela Allen, of Westminster; a stepbrother, Stephen Slaugenhoup; a stepfather, John Slaugenhoup; a stepmother, Bette Allen; a grandfather, Lonnie Allen; a grandmother, Helen Harmon; father-in-law and mother-in-law Ken and Joyce Turner; and numerous stepbrothers and stepsisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a grandmother, Shirley Allen; and a grandfather, Robert Harmon.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Benjamin's Lutheran Church, 700 Kriders Cemetery Road, Westminster, with the Rev. David S. Schafer officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Maryland, 10155 York Road, Suite 101, Cockeysville, MD 21030.

Arrangements are by Eckhardt Funeral Chapel in Manchester.
