Stephen Fisher

Stephen Fisher passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 21 at the age of 62. He is survived by his father Lewis Fisher, stepmother Gale Fisher and his brother Craig Fisher. He is predeceased by his mother Dana Fisher, and his grandparents Edward and Virginia Feete and Clarence Fisher and Doris Storrer. He leaves family, friends, and all who knew him with cherished memories of a life marked by love and generosity. He was a beloved presence in the lives of those around him and will be remembered for the care he gave freely, the happiness he brought to those around him, his kind compassion and sense of humor that defined him.

Throughout his life, Stephen valued family, and the simplest of joys including Bambi, Mr. Rogers, Lawrence Welk and going to the Pancake House. He made those around him feel loved and appreciated. His warmth and sincerity left a lasting impression, and his example will continue to guide and comfort those who loved him.

Stephen’s legacy is reflected in the lives he touched and the memories that will be carried forward by his family and friends. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will remain present in the stories told, fond memories, and the love shared in his honor.

A celebration of Stephen’s life will be held at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117, at 11 am on Saturday, August 29, 2026.
