Steven "Arizona" Edward Phipps

Steven "Arizona" Edward Phipps, age 63 of Manchester, MD died suddenly, Friday, July 22, 2016 at the Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. Born May 3, 1953 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late David L. and Elsie May Baber Phipps. He was the loving partner of Joyce Marie Staines Keller of Manchester. Years ago he was a bulldozer operator for C.J. Miller, Inc. In addition to his loving partner he is survived by his children, Melissa Kuchta, Jeremy Keller, Steven Phipps II and Jamie Angeley, siblings, David "Chickie" Phipps and Sherry Arigo. He was also survived by 4 grandchildren. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday July 29, 2016 from 7-9pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester (21102).
