Susan "Sue" Kelley Balderson

Susan “Sue” Kelley Balderson, 79, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at her home. Born on October 20, 1946, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Melvin Albert Kelley and Ida Mae Mink Kelley Green. She was the beloved wife of Robert Neil Balderson.

After high school graduation Sue studied nursing at the Lutheran Nursing School then worked until the mid 1980's as a registered nurse, primarily in the OR. After that she worked in education and retail until the early 2000's were she got her real estate license and worked as a realtor since, most recently for Cornerhouse Realty.

Surviving her in addition to her husband are children: Annette Grantham and husband Thomas of Shepherdstown, WV, Brian Balderson and wife Camille of Monrovia, MD, and Amanda Wenrich of Ephrata, PA, grandchildren: Denise, Thomas Jr., Terry, Carlos, Maria, Michael, Robert, Brandy, Kaitlyn, Tony, Tristan and Elspeth, and 19 Great grandchildren. Her sister Karen Gill; brother: Steve Myers. Along with countless extended family members and friends.

Sue was predeceased by her brothers: Paul, John, and Danny Myers.

The family will receive friends for a memorial gathering on Saturday, March 28, from 10 am – 12 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a memorial service will begin at 12 pm.
