Susan Laudeman

Susan J. Laudeman, 97, of Sykesville, MD, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022, at Fairhaven Retirement Community in Sykesville, MD. Born on March 18, 1925, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late George and Margaret Ramsburgh Jolliffe. She was the beloved wife of the late James Dwinelle Laudeman, Jr., who passed away in 1989.

Prior to moving to Fairhaven, She was a long-time resident of Glyndon, Md and was very active in all local activities including the community pool.

Sue was a CPA, who for many years after retirement, voluntarily complete tax returns for many people including residents at Fairhaven. She was also a long-time swimming instructor for the Red Cross and was a volunteer instructor when she first moved to Fairhaven.

She was also an avid animal lover of all kinds, but with a special love of dogs. She regularly volunteered at, and contributed to, the Baltimore Humane Society in Reisterstown, MD.

Surviving her are two sons Todd and Scot Laudeman, their spouses, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services and interment are private.
