Born Nov. 5, 1953 in Baltimore, MD. she was the daughter of Marie Sinski Hale of Texas and the late James Hale.
She worked in accounts payable for many years.
Surviving in addition to her mother are siblings: George Hale of White Marsh, Md. and Glenn Hale of Texas, nieces and nephews.
