Thelma Elizabeth Noyes, (nee Kelbaugh) 88 years old of Owings Mills, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Seasons Hospice in Randallstown.
She was born August 13, 1925 in Carroll County, Maryland.
She was the wife of the late William H. Noyes, Sr.
She is survived by her sons, Walter Noyes, William Noyes, Jr., David Noyes and other relatives and friends.
Friends may call on Monday from 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills where services will be held on Tuesday at 12:30 PM.
Interment in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
