Theresa Jean Fonner, age 47 of Westminster, MD died Monday Feb. 16, 2015 at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD.
Born May 22, 1967 in Carroll County, MD she was the daughter of George David Frazier, Sr. of Finksburg and Doris Theresa Jarema Frazier of Hampstead. She was the wife of 19 years to Thomas Alex Fonner.
She was a housewife. She enjoyed cross stitching and being with her son, Andrew.
Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are a son, Andrew Fonner of Westminster, siblings, George D. Frazier, Jr. and wife Becky of Manchester, and Denise Stallings and husband Brian of Reisterstown.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday Feb. 22,2015 from 10am until 12 noon at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Andrew Fonner, C/O Farmers and Merchants Bank, 25 Westminster Pike, Reisterstown, MD 21136.
